DownTown DC

Our trip to downtown DC was a really nice trip. The Natural History Museum was packed. We sat at the "Mall" for a while and enjoyed the sun. Then walked around for a while and tolk another break at this water foutain so mattie could take a splash in the water.


Mattie was all pooped out from sight seeing and slept a good 1 1/2 hours! Then we came across some real talent! Check this guy out. He was actually really good on them buckets!
And then of corse, we can't forget what we came for...the White House. I wish I had a yard like this.

POTOMIC RIVER
Mom and I went to the Potamic River for a walk. It was so pretty. We are having a good time. It was 80 degrees today. So hot.

Here is a video I thought I would try. She likes the dog from a distance but not up close. And she keeps taking the dog dish from the dog.

Matties 1st Birthday

So everyone, here is mattie the day after her Big #1 Birthday! We haven't had a party yet but she is wearing a new outfit that her aunt Tiffany got her. She is ready for Florida. However, here in Juneau that day, all we saw was the winter white stuff. This is my front yard on April 17th. Its so gloomy and cold.
I have finally got over the Diro! Ok, not completely, it is taking a while to get out of my system but I am feeling much better than I have the past 3 days. I still don't have much of an appetite so to cook, is quite a chore. Congratulations Karrie on the Big Sale! You are truely blessed. I hope everything goes smoothly.

So Tiff, I see your boys are in the derby tonight. Good luck! I hope they do good. We have the scout arama on the 26th and since Treys scout leader knows NOTHING about scouts I am hoping he takes some of my ideas. I mean, come on, he wants to display pictures of the boys and do face painting! This could be a long day.

In all actuality, I shouldn't get to involved because...IM GOING TO DISNEY WORLD! DONT BE A HATER! You all can come too.
