I took pictures of the beauty around Alaska in January. I tried to get creative. It got up to 57 degrees yesturday with a warm chinook wind. It's so nice to feel heat on your skin as you stand outside.

it looks like i see the first signs of spring already... but it is too early still! I still cant believe you took those pictures yourself.
I read you post a few days ago, but I thought your title read "miracle of spring". I was thinking that you were getting your hopes up way too much. But today I realized that it said "mirage". Very fitting description of last weekend. Especially since it's back down in the teens now. What a whirlwind of weather. I feel like I'm in Oklahoma again where the weather can change every few hours.
