Erin and I took the raft out onto Mendenhall Lake. We got right up close and personal with the Ice Bergs floating around us.
It was facinating passing by these Bergs, the shape and monsterosity. And the surreal feeling of it all.
At times we had to push ourselves away from pieces we were so close.
This little chunk was floating in the water. Solid ice chunks.

To me, it is facinating. I feel like it is one of those things that makes you feel like your in the lord of the rings. Just facination.

Oh Erin, you know your an adrinaline junkie. I'm surprised you didn't get out and try to climb the berg.
Oh my gosh! That looks sweet. I love the pictres. You are so talented... Ofcourse its not hard to have a talent of taking pictures when you live in a place so amazingliy beautiful. Wow! These pictures really make me want to go to alaska!
