Living in Juneau is quite amazing. There is beauty every direction you look, and how you look at it. I personally love the snow, but my husband not so much. The snow for me gets me excited for snowboarding and for the kids to get a chance to play in it.
I guess since Andy is an Arizonian, he just doesn't like the cold and wet. He has no use for snow except to curl up in a blanket and watch football. He can't see past the snow. I guess it is a learned thing to enjoy it and I did all my life.
So, this morning my alarm went off as I stretched and thought...another day has come... then I slowly got out of bed and made my way to the couch. I reached to open the curtains, and there it was! 3 inches of snow and still falling!
My neighbor friend Kristina, loves the snow and I just wanted to hear if she was going to fire up her snowmobiles! Sure enough, once the power went out and we were all kicked out of our homes I heard the roar of the engine!

I think I'm in between you and Andy on the snow thing. I don't mind being out in it for a while, but I also sort of like cuddling up with a blanket and hot chocolate indoors. I guess I enjoy both sides of it.
haha I loved the comment about bendryl and bloodymarys...now THAT deserves an AMEN! :) So we are still here, 2 more days left...why does time fly when you are in a place like Hawaii? anyway, I will be posting lots of new pics soon and I love that pic of you in the snow!!
