I'm loving all the comments. Are you one of those people that love to read what people think about your blog? Or are you the type of person that doesn't really care?
Well, this week I am loving the comments. Especially if they have to do with camping. Planning a 9 day camping trip with 3 children seems...well...a little intimidating. You are committing to live out of the back of your truck for 9 days and that....is a little hard for me.
Just think about our pioneers and how they did it all off the back of a horse! And I am complaining about a whole 3/4 ton bed of a pickup truck! No but seriously...I am spoiled and don't even know it.
So the whole point of this is I want to try dutch oven cooking on this trip. My mom says it is super easy, and is basically an outdoor oven. You can cook ANYTHING in it and all it takes is briqettes. Am I crazy?

Reuben and I love to make stew in the dutch oven when we're camping. Then we make a yummy peach cobbler. You can google some recipes.
